Lord Justice Jackson’s Costs Review Survey

The Law Society has invited solicitors to participate in its online survey regarding Lord Justice Jackson’s Costs Review. As we have mentioned before, Lord Jackson’s proposals, if introduced, stand to make an important impact on costs recovery in personal injury litigation in particular. Perhaps not surprisingly the questions seem to be focused on claimants’ representatives which may influence the final results of the survey. Notwithstanding this, we will be completing the survey to ensure that our views are conveyed to The Law Society on this important subject.
