PS Lincoln Castle

PS Lincoln Castle was launched on 24 September 1934 by William Gray of Hartlepool and was completed by A & J Inglis of Glasgow in 1940. The vessel is a coal-fired side-wheel paddle steamer and operated as a ferry across the River Humber from the Second World War until 1978 when the Humber Bridge was opened.
