Rotterdam Rules and Rail Carriage?

John Habergham, one of our Directors is putting on a presentation to D B Schenker Rail about the potential impact on an inland rail carrier of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Carriage of Goods Wholly or Partly by Sea (now known as The Rotterdam Rules).

The Rules deal with, in the main, sea carriage but also may govern other modes of transport in certain conditions.
