John Habergham

John is a co-founder and director of Myton Law.
John qualified as a solicitor in 1994 and spent 17 years as a shipping lawyer at another firm before establishing Myton Law.
John focuses on disputes arising out of carriage of goods by road, sea, air and rail, including freight forwarders' rights and obligations; and insurance coverage work, both marine and non-marine, especially, in recent years, commercial property policies, including the law with regard to insurance brokers; international trade; drafting commercial agreements such as sales/purchase conditions and agency agreements.
He has built up an enviable insurance company client base.
John was rated as one of the leading practitioners in the transport law sector of Chambers Legal Directory in 2008.
