Amy Jackson



Amy joined Myton Law in January 2019.

 Amy qualified as a solicitor in 2006, having completed her training at another Hull law firm, where she remained upon qualifying.


Amy is an experienced solicitor specialising in commercial property law. Amy deals with all aspects of non contentious commercial property work for both private and corporate clients.  Amy’s expertise includes advising on acquisitions and disposals of both freehold and leasehold properties, advising landlords and tenants on business lettings and advising clients on the acquisition of land for redevelopment. Amy also has extensive experience in acting for lenders taking security over property and in advising individuals giving personal guarantees and other forms of third party security to lenders.

 As part of Myton Law’s specialist railway property team, Amy can provide bespoke specialist legal advice on leases and other agreements relating to the use or occupation of railway property and land. Amy is also able to offer specialist advice in property transactions involving logistics warehouses.
